DRT is not a court in strict sense but is a tribunal created by Ministry of Finance for quick recovery of over due loans of banks and FI s so mostly its order favour the lender.
Only when there is very important question of law than you should be ready to go to DART and than HIGH COURT than only any relief can be expected.
