well its a common affair in India, even judiciary is no sancrosanct in all respects.
what is the plight of junior judicial officers in this country is known to all.....
high court judges should maintain cool in such cases, after all a lot of politics is played in their appointment as well.

I agree with my learned friends, but at the same time the I wonder why judges complaint/comment only when they are at the fag end of their career and at the verge of retirment. The judiciary is themselves to blame for this situation . . . . if anything more is said in black and white then comes the . . . contempt. The prevailing situation in judiciary . . . there is lot more is in store for them . . .

Corruption is growing even in judiciary. Who should be blamed? Litigants, Politicians, Judges, Advocates, Executives etc or all? What's the way out?
