police call for nri for presence in police station

If police officer makes call to nri and ask to be present in police station than nri have to take flight and come to india and be present in police station even if police officer have no legal papers to call nri. pls answer with multiple option like technically shld hve legal paper and to be hassle free straight fly to india and b present

Even if Police or Court have legal papers they can never force NRI's ( specially overseas citizens and Permanenet residents ) to take flight to see police .... Even if police pays for the trip they cant force anyone under any circumstances !! All other contries and United nations are very well aware of corroupt nature of indian police and legal system and nobody gives a sh*t to their papers :)
