sir my orignal date of birth is 31may 1989 and my date of birth as per my 10th marksheet is 31july 1990 ..now i want to apply for passport n i need birth certificate for dat .i am facing problem in getting that from municipal corporation/nagar palika ...pls help me n guide me how to get dat..asap

you haveto file a declaratory suit for the correction of your name in the birth certificate or in matriculation or in other documents .
