consumer case / vehicle stolen:
claim repudiate by insurance company/ grounds of repudiation/
as per FIR the driver of the vehicle had parked the vehicle and left the key in the vehicle and kept the vehicle in unlocked condition, some unknown person had stolen the vehicle/ breach of policy condition " that the insured is required to take all reasonable steps of the safe guards the vehicle from loss or damages"
please help to cite any judjment of the high court or supreme court in the interest of consumer
