Property

In a family where are 3 children where 1 son and 2 daughters.
After the death of the father who has acquired property on his own,  as per law equal shares needs to be done.

My question is : In case : son got married and have a child (son) on the day of partition, will that child gets whole property or will get the share from the father's property.

I think male child gets whole property of his grand father.

please clarify.

If the Grand Father has died without leaving any WILL, then in that event only his immediate legal heirs i.e. his wife, son and 2 daughter will have right to inherit the property left behind by the Grand Father as his class I heirs. After the death of the son (father)  his son can claim.
