Bank misplacing allotment letter, agreement of finishing

Hello Experts

Will be grateful if you could assist.

Bank misplaced the 'ammended agreement of finishing work' (Uttar Pradesh) which was submitted by builder. Because original agreement flat #alloted was substituated. Photocopy with partyA.

Old finishing work photocopy with PartyA.

Then Bank again made another ammendment of agreement (Delhi) which again misplaced by bank.

The documents maybe or maynot be traceble after 1.5 years.

Mortgage payment closed/paid, Original sale deed with partyA, in safe custody. Bills/Tax receipts all are available.

Now party A want to sell to partyB and partyB will take loan from another govt bank.

Question: What partyA should do to enable partyB to buy peacefully?

Question : How partyB should secure loan?

Is there anyway to get another agreement signed in lieu of LOST agreement, will builder accepts the case? Or FIR is required.

I can talk on phone, case in UP (Vaishali)

Please  direct the bank to procure a duplicate copy of the agreement.
