Making a will

I am 65 yrs of age and I wish to make a will

I wish to  distribute  my property among my 2 sons & 3 daughters, My Sons have cared for me all their lives as such I wish to give them more than my daughters who after their mariages never cared for me..

However I have One Flat which I gifted to my Wife which stands in my wife's name.

I have a fear that my sons-in law might pressurise my wife to sell that flat after my death and give it to them,

as their share (being married to my daughters) has been less.

Can my wife give me the power to nominate that flat in my will so that after my death she may not be pressurised ?

Till her lifetime property said Flat will be her name only and after her death this will go to your custody than you can do anythink which you desire. For this your wife have to mention a will.

In this marit she can give you power to nominate. Otherwise not.
