Joint ownership of office premises

In our Society (Commercial) one of the offices was purchased in Joint Names & Stamp duty was paid on the same in 1993. However, the documents were not registered & the First Owner expired in 1997. The Second Owner got the Documents Registered (under amnesty scheme) based on a Deed of Confirmation of the Original Agreement in 1999. Our Society was Registered in 2005 and as per the Original Agreement the Society issued Share Certificates in Joint Names. Now the Second Owner says that the Share Certificate has to be in her name only since she has signed the Deed of Confirmation. No Legal Heir of the First Owner has approached the Society. Looking at this what is the paper work to be demanded by the Society to get the Office Transferred in the Second Owner's name only.
