My grand mother have four children, two sons and two daughters. My grand father bought a property in the name of my grand mother. My grand father died ten years later. Now my grand mother has registered a will in the name of her two sons leaving behind her two daughters. My question is can my mom claim share in property and my mom is a widow and no kind of maintenance was given by my grand mother to my mom. If my mom is not allowed to claim share in property, can i (being the grandson) claim share in property?
