Dear experts,
My brother has filed a case against me after backing out of partition of co owned land. We got this land from our father equally. While mentioning the history of the land, he has said that our father has passed away. However, this is not true. My father is alive and lives with me.
Please advise how can I get the plaintiff punished. Can I or my father file a private criminal complaint to the JM against my brother for misleading the court, providing false information to court and lying in an affidavit and submitting that in court.
