in one case, husband is imponent, presently girl has filed dvc case, can she apply for divorce because by july one year of marriage will be over. My doubt is dvc case is taking time, so divorce should be applied during dvc case or after completion of case?

Under dvc case, she cannot get divorce. So, if she wants to get divorce she has to apply for divorce under the applicable grounds and initiate proceedings. She need not wait till the earlier case is finally decided.
