Probation of will

City property have been registered through the Registered WILL which is not probated, and the same property have been settled to the family members, now when we took that for loan bank rejects the document stating that it is not probated.  Current beneficiary of the property contacted the Beneficiary of the WILL to probate that are demanding of huge money, what is the legal remedy for this

In Maharashtra probate of Will is compulsory. This is done by the High Court at Bombay. It is irrelevant whether the will is registered or not. Probate is compulsory. therefore, once the will is probated then the bank won't have any objetcion on the same and loan can be given by the bank.
