Unauthorized use of our product information

Hello,

This has come to our notice recently that a company based in Bangalore has used information(pictures and features) of our product to depict a product of its own.

What legal recourses are available? Please advise.

Regards,

Do you have copyright or registered trademark for your product ?

If yes, than you can send a notice to stop the further exection of business, if not than you cannot do anyting.

You can also go for cancellation of their licence under unfair trade practice, before the concerned authority apart from filing complain under 420 IPC.

Are you a registered trademark holder. If yes, you can give police complaint, paper publication, cease and desist notice, injunction and so on.

Even if you are unregistered trade mark holder, there are certain rights applicable to you provided you show evidence of copying and imitation etc.
