Jury system in our courts

Should the Indian judiciary follow the jury trail system as in the US? Do you think that this would eradicate corruption in judiciary?

Jury Trail System in our Indian Judiciary may not be successful as we are more familiar with present system. The only remedy to eradicate corruption from the Judiciary is to follow MODEL CASE FLOW MANAGEMENT RULES as was reported in AIR 2005 SC 3380 and within time frame there will be disposal of the cases and the decease of corruption might be eradicated.

Yes I m in favor of the jury trail system as in the US. As our Constitution of India is also a mixer of various constitution.

There will be some practical and procedural diificulties in following Jury Sysytem in US and fixing time frame for disposal of each case. Out Police Department will be defunct if this occurs

Common law or Civil law or Jury systems are all good, the rest depends on those who weild judicial power  in the Temple of Justice.
