dear sir,
on behalf of the deparment we failed the counter affidivit. now the appelant claiming the contents which are wrongly mentioned at that time in the affidivit. the case is dismissed and this matter is not relevent to that of judgement.
can you suggest what is the legal implications for this unknown wrong statement mentioned in the affidivit and can he have any right on this.
can he proceed with this to court and its implication please
