No medical benefits in case of suspension

Dear Mr Gopal,

In my opinion, the insurance company has no such right to deny the re-imbursement irrespective whether you are in service or in suspension unless the employer has not remitted the insurance premium on your behalf owing to your suspension. In case the premium is paid, the approach the obudsman of the insurace company for redressal of your grievance.

Dear Gopal,

Mr. Vishal is quite right in saying. first off all gopal what is suspension. it is a period when an employee is not permitted to work, but he will get 50% and later on 75% of his salary on account of subsistence allowance.

if your employer has not paid premium, it is the headache of the employer. you have nothing to do with this. if they still not remitting you that amount better contact to " obdusman of the insurer company".

You are entitiled to all the benefits during the suspension period unless same are forbidden under the standing orders or terms of the employment. Put a demand on the management .
