Reinstating on jon

I was working as DPM (District planning manager)in DHS(district health society). This job was contractual and renewing in nature.

Anyhow, CS of district who is also secretory of DHS terminated me from the job after six months for which I appealed in high court   and termination was quashed.

Now  since termination order is queshed and illegal can I get reinstated on the job ?  DHS is offering me for another 6 month salary stating that the job was of one year contract.

My point is that if I would have not been terminated beforehand, I would have been working since then and got renewed my contract based on my perfomance as they could not terminate me for no reason.

WHAT ARE THE EXPERTS OPINON ON IT ?

From the date of his appointment upto the date of reinstatement he shall be entitled to the back wages at the rate of half of the subsistence allowance per month and the total amount shall be computed on that basis.
