Partition of nanaji's property

Hi,

My mother is the only doughter of my late Nanaji. But the elder brother of my Nanaji had 6 sons  and we also call them mama.

My Nanaji(1) had 23 beegha of land at Dehradun. After my Nanaji's(1) death in 1991, all Mama had registered/transferred the Land on thier father's name (Nanaji2) and then they divided the land among themselves after the death of thier father(Nanaji2) due to their internal disputes. My  mother also got the 3 bheega land at that time.

What should be done to take the whole Land back so that it can be transferred to my mother's name?

Kindly suggest.

Thanks

Dear Mr.Jaiswal,

At once meet a local advocate with adequate details and file a suit for partition or setting aside of alienation as the case may be, don't wait more and let your claim fall flat on limitation.

Feel free to talk !
