My name is Abhijat Gupta. My mother filed a property suit against my father, my elder brother & me. We know the stamp paper which is submitted by my mother is manupulated as we are having the proper evidence against the suit. I would like to know the procedure to get the information about the submitted stamp paper. We are having the stamp paper number only.
Can we get the details from Delhi Treasury Office, Tis Hazari? If yes, please let me know the name of contact person & procedure.
