Nbw and non appearance of accused

In a check bounce case the magistrate issued a NBW since the accused refused to receive court summons. The NBW waas sent the PS but no action for months and then the same was escalated to the SP (Superindent of Police) for arrest and production. But so far no action has been taken by the SP or the concerned PS.

In this situation:

!. What are the options available to the complainant to force the accused to appear in the court or to get him arrested (though my intent is to get the accused under trial)?

2. How can I force the SP to take action as per the court direction?

Thanks

The police officer always make a neglency that their passion & habbit because the bye law of concerned state

is not defined the duty of police.

the lower court has not a power of exercise the contempt of court so i advice to u that the proceeding magistrate forward a complain to concern highcourt on ur petition
