can we compliant against hospital which involved in predetermination of s*x and iilegal abortion,
what sections are applicable,will the hospital managment be blamed or just the doctor (employee)
is blamed ,what evidence is required for punishing managment ,please reply

Such cases come under the Pre-Conception & Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques Act, 1994. In every state there is a State Supervisory Board and also appropriate authority and Advisory Committee.appointed under the said act to deal with such matters. You can file a complaint to such an authority which will investigate the same and if they find it true they will lauch a complaint in the JMFC cout of the place.
