Stridhan list - can it be added to fir later ?

Members,

My wife has 498a, 406, DP 3/4, & DV cases filed on me and family. CS has not been filed. Judge is completely in their favor and forced us to return stridhan items. We returned items that was on her list in divorce petition that were genuine. Now girls side gave another list whiich completely false. This list was never attached to original FIR  or Divorce Petition.

- Can  girls side continue to add lists like this at anytime ? No receipts or any other documentation has been submitted but I am certain they will submit fake receipts if needed.

- I am concerned that police might backdate that list and add it to FIR (due to pressure from HC judge). Can police do that ? If yes, how do we tackle it ? How to protect/tackle in this situation ? The Judge is doing all this by keeping our AB dismissal applications on his desk and giving dates after dates.

Please advise.

The list can be added at any time,.

The list would be having a date and subsequent section can be added in the CS.
