Has this legislation been presented or the bill has been passed? If yes what are the precautionary steps that a m,an can take? What if the property has a loan on it? Last but not the least is there any forum where in it can petitioned against? Please advise

Can a husband sell his property when the case has been filed for divorce by the wife?

It is just a proposed amendment, the bill has not yet been passed by the parliament so as to become a law.

Simple solution- just sale it or transfer it in others name.
