Roshni B.. (For justice and dignity)     18 May 2012

excellent judgement.

now all faulty husbands and in-laws will have to think 100 times before initiating divorce from their side for silly reasons like infertility, lack of compatibility, less dowry, etc

Amit (NA)     18 May 2012

What about the case where wife is faulty?

There is nothing to worry this is a good news for men.the law says Resedential property. So either sell or transfer the property to someone in the family.Keep zero bank balance and quit the job and sit at home. Then claim maintenance from wife and don't give her divorce and enjoy the life with her money go to disco and clubs.

NOW    OUR  ABOVE  TWO   FEMALE  MEMBERS  ARE  THINKING   OF   MARRYING   AGAING    AND   DIVORCE  AGAIN   ....!!!!!

Yes, i do acknowledge that that there are several divorces cases filed by some faulty husbands. But, Roshnee-ji and Ranee-ji, can u please tell me that this will not be misused by greedy women to get rich in quick time?

What if the wife has adulterous relationship and gets divorce from husband, takes half his hard earned property and remarries her paramour  ?????

Indrajit (Engineer)     18 May 2012

FOR THE WOMEN MEMBERS

Please wait for a few days until it becomes the law.

Then u can divorce,   remarry and divorce again ,  and  so on and on ........

Law  for  making  the women  rich is underway !!! So, Respected Ladies, please hold your patience a little more !

Oh yes,  for the time being you can indulge yourself in ADULTERY  !!!  ( as Adultery by a women is not punishable by law.   And your femininst leaders like Flavia, Kirti etc. are fighting HARD  to keep women out of punishment from adultery. )

After divorce, marry your paramour with half property of your ex-husband in your pocket, ...... after some days kick out the new husband, remarry a new paramour (with half property of 2nd husband in pocket) ...... like this.....

Keep your life SPICED-UP  !!!!!   Your adultery-supporter Women's Organisations along with Govt. are trying very hard to make Indian women's life rich and prosperous !!!

Its not good.

Women has to get a residential rights in inlaws property too.. because now a days its very rare where husband can purchase a house on his name. In most of the family husband lives in his parents' house. At those houses women are not living secure life as inlaws always give dhamkis like " Do this or get out of our house , dont so this otherwise we'' through u from our house. "

Dil has to given a equal right in her inlawsa property because at the end of the life old age fil & mil gets service like ( bathing , cleaning, etc) by their DIL only . Not their son or daughter come to give them a service even though they have been brought up by them parents...

 Yeah Right! ROTFL!

“There are two key amendments. One relates to the distribution of residential property after divorce. It has now been proposed that any residential property that is in the name of any one of the couple will be distributed in half,” an official source said.

It also does not matter whether the residential property was acquired before or after marriage. “Both the partners will be equally entitled to have the residential property after divorce,” the source added.

This provision will be applicable even in the case of ancestral property, but it should be in the name of one of the couple. However, in case of all other assets, the court will decide the distribution.

The second amendment relates to the timing and procedure of divorce. “If both the partners mutually agree that now married life cannot continue, then divorce can be granted after six months,” the source said. Shishir.s@thehindu.co.in

the best way would be:

1) Divorce made easy

2) Each party takes their share-after they prove their contribution.

3) The contribution assessment must be clearly defined.

All calculations based on local factors.such as rent, clothes, food etc etc. Huasband and wife take each of their contribution except those spent for the benefit of family together-which shall be equated.

If wife does not contribute to the property she shall not become eligible for the same.

Example:

Husband's contribution for marriage= shelter for wife (and children if any), maintenance such as bills paid for elctricity, gas, groceries, clothes, school fees etc etc

Wife's contribution: cooking, cleaning washing etc etc. Alll calculated based on what it costs locally to get the same done if someone is hired for the same.

That way each person's contribution is taken into account.

Today divorce is all about money-whether we like it or not. Let us stop being hypocrites and accept the fact. Albeit falls short -this is far better than 50-50 arbitrary division which is unfair to one party in most cases.

There is no basis for why a wife should be maintained in the lifestyle of marriage-simply not logical.

Prenuptial agreement must be given official sanction and made into law.

Is AIDWA and other women's organization the new SupraParliament? How come the cabinet listens to only loobyists of these feminists organizations? The social turmoil will have disasterous consequences. Men are under seige. This is very dangerous.

what about kids out of a wedlock?A husbands is free when women is busy with kids before or after delivery.

when husband wife splits  then husband  cries for visitation/custody.Why ?If this contribution is ignored while considering such monetary issue?I f this is so, why man marries?A maid servant will serve the purpose of cooking/cleaning..

 A great question:

Hitherto this was the most difficult to answer -but no more. Surrogacy and modern procedures have taken care of that part as well. Through surrogacy society has placed a price on woman's pregancy and birth! Look at the going rate locally!

A maid infact might be all that is needed in the future-because of the mockery called marriage laws and the behaviour of wifes/ DIL..

Combined with the haphazard vistation policy and law that child has to be with mother, takes all the incentive for a man to be a father. Sperm banks will be a good investment and so are reproductive centers.

This is what the government policies will bring the country to! Enjoy! Oh BTW no one needs to worry about dowry or in laws or harassment of DIL because there will be no marriages.

The effect of these laws will be felt fully in say 20- 30 years. Civilizations and countries have been destroyed for several reasons.I think India has found one good way!

In fact AIDWA  and NCW can be given a free hand to hasten the process.
