What documentation / Rules are applicable for the proposed Land Purchase?

He has to be an agriculturist or obtain the collector's permission to purchase agri land.
Take the help of an expert, do a title search, obtain all records and EC, etc.
Please pay proper stamp duty and register the document at the time of payment of money.
