Termination of agreement to sell by the builder

I have booked an apartment  and 'Agreement To Sell' has been signed for the same. I have paid more than half the amount on the agreed price without any delay,  againt all the demand note raised by the builder and after that the agreement has been terminated by the builder. They have transfered back  the money paid by me till date to my account using online transfer.

The reason they have given for the termination was , i have asked too many questions, discussed the matters with other customers in internet forum, defamed them, threaten them etc...

I have loged my protest against this and communicated the same through email and letters to the builder but there is no reply from them.

Now the same flat has been sold to some one else at double the price.

How i can get back my flat ?  Please advise.

Now you cannot do anything because builder has already returned your money.
