I would like to know, if we want to distribute agricultural land equally among heir of a deceased then how can it be by law?
Is there any law to distribute based on fertility or its based on area only?
It would also be nice to have some link or literature in relation to this.

It should be distributed equally based on fertility of land and area of land and other related factors of land.
