My father is admitted in the hospital with dementia, and needs the money for his care. Can his property be sold with consent of all 4 children? Please guide about the way/s to proceed and other options. One of the 4 children would be happy to pay/ buy the property. What are the obligations of other 3 siblings?
I was told that he has to be competant to sale his property or wait for his demise to redistribute amongst 4 children.
