I was working in a MNC since August 2002 to March 2012 with interval of 4 months i.e( June to Sept 2007) in which I had joined to other company. On certain issue on dt: 25.03.12 company has taken the forced resignation from me & accepted my resignation over mail & mentioned that the F&FS will follow soon . But in my resignation I have mentioned one month notice. What is the fate of one month salary of notice period, gratuity, medical, LTA, Expenses claim etc ?
