Dear members............. a government employee working as a class one officer in an institution had a a helper working under him. the helper was on adhoc,,,,,,,,,and used to drink daily and come on duty. the employee used to send him home mostly in dis state so that his job was safe........but one day tired of all this negligence on duty he got the medical check up of the helper done and found him postive for alcohol on duty. after this the helper did not turn up on duty 2m. he was not marked absent and his medical was not forwarded higher up because the employyee wanted to give him one last chance to regain his job.  his wife had left him and sister had refused to help. but in few days the helper was found dead iin his house. the body was found 4days after death. his sister and others cremated him within an hour without any post portem,

Now the sister and wife have filed a complaint at the police station that this man had committed suicide under pressure from the senior employee. the helper had written a diary the contents of which r doubted. the employee had saved him so many times but the law has now come against him.

1. please tell how will this case proceed.

2. can a senior not scold a junior who comes drunk on duty???

3. will the court believe on a drunkards diary???

4. will suicide be proved without a post mortem???
