I am an employee in an PSU since 1.5 years... My probation is not yet cleared as one of my Police verification document is pending out of three sent for enquiry. My employeer is telling they cant give me a NOC certificate to appear for another PSU interview as my probation not cleared. Is there any way to get NOC from my employer? Or Can I attend the interview with out NOC? But the interviewer is asking for NOC with out which my candidature will fail... wat to do now..
