sir , The builder has registered different quantums of parking to most of the buers of flats without any extra considerationand left out only two out of twenty buyers.He has not marked any parking areas specifically to allottees nor mentioned in the documents.Reistered welfare assosiation has formed recently after about 4years of sale of flats.
Now the question is do every flat owner in the complx has right for parking place as there is still sufficient plce for parkig allotment for the remaining two .Can the assosiation allot and year mark parking slots to all owners along with these two.Please be pleased to guide the procedure
