could you please guide me with valuable judgemnts of supreme court on granting quashing of 498A/406/DV .
Marrige took place in 2008. girl seperated after 15 day of marriage and went to her parents home.
Divorce filed after 5 months of marriage on grounds of CRUELTY and Restitution SEC 9 filed by wife after 6 months of filing of divorce.
498 A /406./DV filed in 2010 after almost 2 year , of marriage , girl staying seperate and during pendecny of Divorce case .
2011 Family court grants Judicial seperation on grounds of cruelty by wife towards husband.
Quashing is put on grounds of jurisdcition and delayed complaint .
please advise how fair are chances of getting QUASHING in my favour.
