To mobile phone details of seperated wife

Is it possible for a person who is seperated by a wife and wife figting a DV case against him, He is in need of to know her MObile Phone records to know her activity suspected of infidelity. If so how to get.

Only court can call/summan to produce the mobile phone record from appropriate authority. But its rare.

Their are some ways (however not easy to establish) can be said within legal ambit and outside legal ambit.

I quote both:-

Outside Legal Ambit:

1) Hire a personal Detective with legal agreement & see what report he submits. Based on frequent mobile calls trace the mobile phone location through various online resources like bhartiyamobile.com. And establish the identity.

Legally:-

1) Convince the court concerned based on strong prima facie documents and issue summons to mobile operator providing services to prove your contention.
