IRBM to be included as a new ground only for women (requirement is to prove 3 years of continuous separation after factum of separation.... thats it!!! ................)
Marriage law amendment bill is cleared by the cabinet after the amendments suggested by joint committee.... it is become onesided......in the garb of a false and misleading new release, govt is pushing ahead with IRBM in the garb of 'waiving the cooling off period in MCD' ...............IRBM is actually a major change (i.e new grounds only for wives 13C, D,E in HMA) ............. than amendment to waive off cooling off period in 13B of HMA.
IRBM would change the whole of pattern of litigations as well as marriages that may form in future.
Also there won't be many remarriages!!! and there would be more live ins and more population of illegitimate kids/Kids outside marriage, in India.
Wife can simply walk out of marriage for no excuse (she just has to stay away for 3 years and just prove that ...... best strategy to fill this 3 years and to prove this 3 years criteris
Step 1: - file case as a early as possible on some other gounds ...... make frivolous charges...
Step 2: - For these 3 years get interim maintenance and ensure that husband gets to run!!!!
Step 3:- After 3 years, just upgrade the petition to include the ground of IRBM.!!!! ....
Due to this draconian strategy ...................... All Husbands would blindly sign the Divorce papers on the very fist day and also ask for waiver of the cooling off period......There would be a huge spurt in the conversion of case into MCD cases ..................... and all cases converting into MCD.
While walking out ...she is given a reward of claiming a share in husband's property (dono hat mein laddu!!!!)
One this is sure to happen.... there would not be many remarriages!!!! ............... koun usi gadde me kudega jahan sirf uncertainty hi hai....
This bill is not important to those who are currently fighting their cases, but it of much importance to those who have already got divorced!!!!
Divorced females!!! ... If you are contemplating to get remarried ...then better do it fast !!!! .......... i.e. find a bakra quickly .................... before all bakras wakeup from their dreams.....!!!!
Once this bil become an Act then all Prospective bakras are going to realise that ....................... there is hardly any point in remarrying where wife can just walk out for no reason and also while walking out can can stake claim on husband's property.
This Bill should be renmaed as 'Live-in Promotion Bill'
