Regarding new marriage act

For the new law approved by cabinet, please help in the follwoing points

1. Property registered though not necessarily occuptied before marriage. will that be required to be shared

2. FD or money sent to relatives. will these also be need to be shared

3. in case the wife also earns well (in fact equally) and has property asset, will still the husband property need to be shared.
