What a wife can do or demand after deserting her husband for almost 8 years and live in alien country while husband is living in India?
Can she claim anything legally when she knows she has been staying all alone for so many years and please don't create a situation where she denies of living outside the country when she has everything recorded on her Passport.

I know when it comes to ask for things they start with Moon and Stars, Nobody can stop them from writing what they want but then there is something called Law, How long it can favour a girl? My question is if legally she is left with any option, As far as I know that wife left the matrimonial house without husbands consent and for her own interest coz she wanted to go to USA and now she is working there for last 8 years and she never returned back to her matrimonial house in this period.
