My name is Amrendra Pratap Singh. I am 28 years old and residing in Bareilly, Uttar pradesh. My girlfriend is from Italy and she is 27 year old. She has dual passport of Italy & Austria since she is citizen of both countries but she is permanent resident of Merano, South Tyrol, Italy. I want to go to Merano on tourist visa and want to get married with her there. She went to local marriage registrar( comune) to ask about the procedure and he told that in order to get married i need my apostille birth certificate & certificate of "No Impediment to Marriage" which i will be provided by any concerned Indian authority in India only. I would like to know that what is the valid procedure to get married in Italy in such condition and after getting married legally on the basis of Marriage certificate can i get permit to stay there.
