Conveyance query

We had given irrevocable POA of our land to the builder who had constructed the apartment 30 yrs back. The society has not yet received conveyance from builder.  The property card till now shows our name

As a landlord  can i prevent  / withhold conveyance ?

U can immediately issue a legal notice revoking the Power of Attorney -- (Power of Attorney Holder is nothing but an agent of the Principal and it is always open for the Principal to rescind the contract) and take other necessary steps.  Feel free to contact : DV Madhusudhan Rao, Advocate, Hyderabad
