Legal heirs

I have some doubt in legal heirs!!!

A is a mother of three sons. Her husband is no more. Her First son passed way and survived by his wife and two sons. A has took a loan from a bank.  When A is dead, who all are the legal heirs of deceased borrower. Is the wife of her (A) deceased son(first son) will be a legal heir.?  Or only her (A) sons (survived 2) are the legal heir of liabilities of the bank.

Please clarify.

only the remaining sons + grandson would be legal heirs - and accordingly subject to liability as regards the loan.

Thanks for the clarification.
