I wanted to know the law regarding ebook anti piracy act.
1) There are many indian website that are allowing users to download ebooks free of cost. It is obvious that they dont that the copyright to do this. Is this illegal. If so what is the punishment for this.
2) What if a website allow its users to read ebooks for free. Just to read not to download. Is it also illegal.
