My fathere in law threatening me to file 498a and Dowry case against me. I have already filed a divorce case for incurable mental disease.
Should i report this treatening to police or not.

Yes it should be reported to police station in the area you stayed with her. You may mention each and every incident of their threatening.
I would suggest to attack rather than in defense mode.

You can report to police and must inform to family court also in writing.
