i want to know that can muslim men/women file suit in the family courts of India.
Can women/men file suit to be delcared his/her marriage status/ restitution of conjugal rights, his or her a divorcee woman/man,
all of the above issues relating to this can we file suit in the family courts, under the family court act, 1984.
