Hi,
On 18 Dec 2011, I have rented a house in Noida Sec 19, but paid 30,000/- to owner (1 Month Rent and One Month Security). Due to dispute with Owner i have given them notice period of one month and left the house on 16 Feb 2012. When I ask Security Deposit, Owners Wife replied that her houses is not rented therefore we will not pay you any single amount. There was no any agreement in which condition and terms are mentioned, Verbally owners wife is added its terms and refusing to pay the security Deposit.
Can i ask under RTI that under which agreement or Rule they are keeping this security amount.
You are requested to please suggest me, i want to take legal fight agaisnt these people.
