What is the procdure / inquiry / investigation Protection Officer must take to make Domestic Incident Report . In Domestic Violence . Before she present it to Metroplitan Maristrate.
in short what is the grounds/procdure Protection officer should take to make Domestic Incident Report in Domestic Violence.

if any harrassement of the husband or family member, in this aggrived woman can approach district protection officer make writen complaint and they forward to magistrate than case will inutiate

dear sir,
thankx for this information,
but my question is different i m asking what is conditions /criteria /instructions/guideline should follow by the Protection Officer (PO) while making DIR Report before she submit it in the court. whether ishe investigate it personally, whether the allegation against the accused is verify by her personally or any other level / sources.
Whether the PO is aware about that the report which is/was made by PO only on Oral/Written if submitted in COurt this can harm a lot to the accused and many more members.
is above exercise is a part of her duty?
