Kindly advise whether any Indian citizen is entitled to take recourse under the Rights to Information Act to know excise details / pricing structure of any product of a Private Sector Company? Additionally, there is no direct relationship with that person ? The company is submitting all statutory returns to the Govt. Is it legally bound to provide the details?
