My husband and his elder brother have a vacant land in Chennai. It has been registered on both their names. Now they want to divide the land equally and register in each of their names separately.
- As the blood relation is coming into picture, how to go about this?
- Could anybody inform us what would be the stamp duty and registration charges.?
- Is the new guideline value in TamilNadu going to affect us in anyways if we do the registration later?
