I am working in a uk based mnc company ,were i have joined on 11th june 2007 and now i have put up my resignation and planning to get relieed on 11th feb 2012 (ie after completing 4yrs,8 month,1 day or 4yrs+246days) and i was having one day of lop (loss of pay) from the above said period
Do i have eligibility for the gratuity benefits??

Yes, you are eligible for gratuity @ 15 days salary per completed year of service.
