An Indian (NRI) working in US has executed a will in USA. He expired in US. He is having some account balance which has to be settled to his legal heirs. As per the will executed by the person, the amount has to be settled in favour of his wife. Whether we can act as per the Will and settle the amount with his wife as per Will executed abroad or whether we have to settle the amount jointly with his wife and daughter who are his legal heirs.
